As a young electrician, David Doneen recognized something was missing from the contractors he worked for. Simple things. Jobs weren't done with enough attention to detail. The workspace left behind was messy. Communication wasn't very good. Employees weren't acting professionally. Jobs weren't finished on time or on budget. He knew he could do better.
In 2002, he started his own electrical contracting business, doing residential electrical work. Over time, his business expanded to commercial and industrial. After the great recession in 2008, David recognized the opportunity with creating infrastructure for charging the growing number electric vehicles in California, and has been a leader in installing EV chargers. Today, Doneen has expanded to include his son Noah, and a team that handles multiple projects concurrently, and continues to empower general contractors to bring their projects to life.
